         -  Possess vision and drive
         -  Keep the idea "alive"

Six Sigma Champions / Master Black Belts

" One cannot do what one do not know, so the more powerful things you know the more can be done and the higher the impact"

• Black Belts

         -  Complete large scale projects that requires intense training.
         -  Normally full time in the role.
• Green Belts

         -  Complete medium scale projects normal related to the direct process or operation

         -  Normally part-time

• Yellow Belts
         -  Complete small scale projects in their "direct line of sight"
         -  Support larger projects
• White Belts

         -  An entry level position within the hierarchy of X-Belts.

         -  Typically mid-level line and staff managers whose normal job duties intersect or

            Overlap the objectives associated with a Six Sigma initiative.
